Meet CECILLE LEE RODRIGUES

I’m a fun, carefree, strong headed woman who loves music and loves to dance.
I composed a Rosto song (song on bad roads in Goa) – this was a song of mine which went viral on 17th September 2019. And now I am currently doing the Rosto campaign, wherein I have pledged to wear a t-shirt for 365 days with rosto campaign written on it, for better roads in Goa. I have been taking up issues like garbage being dumped on the roadside, trees and branches being cut down, and the issue of stray cattle on the roadside.
